Some of you may have first gotten to know our work through Bodega, but there's about to be a new sheriff in town for flavors that tip their hat to South of the Border roots. Sendero aims to shine light on the Texas culinary landscape with a wide array of game meats, smoke, local veggies and gulf seafood; just opened in McAllen's first food hall, Mercado District.
